These Terms govern your use of the mobile application i'm done. (the "App"), provided by Burak Mahmut Gezer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who may use the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. What the App is — and what it is not

Important. i'm done. is a self-help and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or counseling. It is not a substitute for professional care from a qualified clinician, counselor, or support program.

Gambling disorder is a recognized condition that can require professional treatment. The App is intended to support your own efforts, not to replace clinical care. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific situation, and you should never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the App.

We make no promise or guarantee about any particular outcome, including that you will stop betting, reduce betting, save any amount of money, or maintain any streak.

If you are in crisis, or if gambling is causing serious harm to you or someone else, please seek help. In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available free and confidentially, 24/7, at 1-800-MY-RESET. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

3. Your content

Journal entries, check-ins, and other information you enter remain yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, this content is stored on your device and we do not collect it.

4. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase, offered through the Apple App Store.

Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it lasts for the period stated at purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your payment method is charged. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
Lifetime purchase. Where offered, a one-time purchase grants access for as long as the App is offered and supported. It does not renew.
Prices. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change. Changes will not affect a billing period already paid for.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its security; use it in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it; or resell or redistribute access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated through the App or the App Store listing. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, savings, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Apple and RevenueCat, Inc. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
