imdone.app@gmail.comWe usually reply within two business days. Telling us your device and iOS version helps.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, choose i'm done., and tap Cancel. You can also go straight to your Apple subscriptions page.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The trial gives you full access for the stated number of days at no charge. We send a reminder before it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial finishes, the subscription starts and your payment method is charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you're charged nothing.
Open the app, go to You → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If that doesn't fix it, email us — include the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us, so we can't process one directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll help you make the case.
On your device. There's no account, no login, and no server holding your streak, journal, or check-ins. That's deliberate — see our Privacy Policy.
If iCloud backup was turned on in the app before you switched, restoring your new phone from an iCloud backup brings your data with it. If it was off, the data lived only on the old device and can't be recovered. You can set your quit date manually in You → Quit date so your streak reflects reality.
In the app: You → Delete all data. This permanently erases your streak, journal, milestones, and settings. Deleting the app also removes locally stored data. Neither cancels a subscription — do that separately in your Apple settings.
Yes. You → App lock requires Face ID or your passcode to open it.
The counter multiplies the weekly figure you entered by how long you've been going. If your betting number has changed, update it in You → Weekly spend and the counter recalculates.
No. Your streak and savings reset, but your longest streak and the number of urges you've beaten are kept permanently. That's by design — one slip shouldn't erase months of work.
Check You → Notifications in the app, and iPhone Settings → Notifications → i'm done. Both need to be on.
